WDCR SOLO SEASON SUBSCRIPTION UPGRADE
This event is to register for the Washington DC Region (WDCR) SCCA Solo Season Full Subscription ONLY. This supplemental Subscription covers all events at Meadow Event Center, Summit Point Motorsports Park.
Important! Summit Point Motorsports Park is not equipped to allow EV's and Hybrids with lithium batteries to compete!
This Subscription is pre-payment for all three (3) WDCR Solo Championship events at Summit Point and Meadow Events Center. In addition, this Subscription allows you to select a number within your class for the season. Season Subscribers will also have priority registration for any other events held by WDCR Solo. You must purchase the mini subscription prior to buying this one.
PRICING
The Season Subscription costs $159. Season Subscriptions are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. The Full Season Subscription is open to SCCA members only and membership numbers will be verified by the system upon registration.
PARTICIPANTS AND WAIT LIST
The Season Subscription is limited to 60 participants. A wait list will be generated if max capacity is reached, and a fee will not be charged to be on the wait list.
We are saddened that the Junior Kart program is suspended at the National level until further notice.
Please make sure your SCCA membership expiration date is current before trying to register.

Event requirements
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Season Subscription is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. When you register, and pay for this subscription, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
ALL event dates are subject to change per contractual agreement with the venues: Meadow Event Center in Doswell, VA, and Summit Point Motorsports Park in Summit Point, WV.
There will be no refunds for events that you cannot attend due to an event date change dictated by the venue.
The Season Subscription upgrade is pre-payment for:
- All 3 WDCR Solo Championship events at Summit Point and Meadow Events.
- The opportunity to select a permanent number within your class for the season.
You will be pre-registered for each event with the car, class and number you have selected at the beginning of the season. If you change cars or classes, you will be given the option of selecting a new number from those remaining in that class.
Any Night Event, National Pro Solo and National Championship Tours and Optional Points Events or events at other locations are NOT included in this subscription.

SOUND RESTRICTIONS
Due to site restrictions, WDCR will be enforcing a 100dB sound limit for all autocross events for the 2025 season. Sound levels will be monitored during competition runs according to SCCA Solo Rules Appendix H. (50ft from the driving line in an area where most cars will be at full throttle). A worker will be assigned to create a written record of sound readings on course. Courtesy warnings will be provided if a car reads 97 dB or higher. Cars that test above 100dB will be considered to have failed sound. Competitors who fail sound will have one opportunity to take corrective action, which must be approved by the Chief steward before their next run. Failing sound a second time may result in forfeiting any remaining runs and a DNF for the day.
Sound failures will be tracked for the full season, and repeat offenders may face a suspension for the remainder of the WDCR season. We will make every attempt to accommodate those making good-faith efforts to implement corrective action, but it is important that we are good tenants and good neighbors. Our intent is to have fun, and create as little nuisance as possible while we are guests of the surrounding community.
We will be using an entry-level ANSI certified sound meter which will be tested and calibrated at the beginning of each event. Reasonable efforts will be made to account for weather features and other factors that may affect readings. Meter will be set to A weighting and slow response. Meter will be mounted on a tripod 3 to 4 feet above ground level.
SUPPLEMENTALS
By registering you agree to abide by the 2025 SCCA Solo Rules & WDCR Solo Supplemental Regulations. Points earned in other classes are non-transferable.
PROMOTION RELEASE
The Entrant agrees to permit the Sports Car Club of America Inc., SCCA Pro Racing Ltd, and their assigns (including but not limited to series’ sponsors, and promoters/organizers of an Event), to use, license, reproduce, have reproduced, show, and have shown, without limitation in space or time and without cost, charge or fee, Entrant’s driver(s), crew members and cars ,including the car(s), name(s), likeness(es), logo(s), design(s), artwork and other creative elements (other than rights in the name and/or likeness of the subject car(s) that are not owned or controlled by the Entrant) involved in the Event(s) in or on any medium whatsoever, including but not limited to advertising and promotional materials, reports, broadcast and print media coverage of any type, video games, model production, software and any other form of electronic media distribution. The Entrant further acknowledges and agrees that SCCA and/or SCCA Pro Racing may freely assign or license its rights to a third party.
