You are cordially invited to the SVR SCCA 2024 Awards Banquet. You must pre-register / pre-pay to attend the banquet. Registration will close at 5 p.m. on Monday Dec. 30 2024 (we have to turn in the final headcount 10 business days prior to the event).
Date: Saturday, Jan. 11, 2025
Location: Frankenmuth Brewery
425 S. Main St., Frankenmuth, MI 48734, Barley Room - Lower Level, there is additional parking across the street
Schedule:
Board Meeting - 10:00 a.m. to Noon
Social Hour - Noon to 1:00 p.m. / cash bar opens
Luncheon - 1:00 p.m.
Awards - 2:00 p.m.
Last Call - 3:30 p.m.
Event Conclusion - 4:00 p.m.
We will most likely go karting afterwards but new to the banquet this year will be Hot Wheels Racing. The way it is shaping up is there will be some Hot Wheels available to purchase at the banquet. There will be a small entry fee as well that will be part of the car purchase. For those that bring their own hot wheels there will be an entry fee and looking at two classes of Hot Wheels. OEM and Unlimited or something along that line.

Children 4-12 yrs old - $15.00 / person
Children 0-3 yrs old - free
